Shipping Carriers

Shipping is handled by our delivery partners depending on the destination and package size, typically DHL, DPD, or Hermes. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link, if available.

Delivery Times

The delivery time consists of the processing time (1–3 business days) and the transit time of the carrier. The following time frames serve as general guidelines:

• Germany: approx. 2–5 business days after shipping
• EU countries: approx. 4–8 business days after shipping
• International: approx. 7–21 business days after shipping

Please note that delivery times may be longer on weekends, public holidays, or during periods of high volume (e.g., the holiday season).

The stated delivery times apply from receipt of payment. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. In exceptional cases, deliveries abroad may take longer.
