The stated delivery times apply from receipt of payment. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. In exceptional cases, deliveries abroad may experience extended delivery times.

Shipping Conditions
We usually process and ship your order within 2–4 business days of receiving payment.
Shipping Carriers
Shipping is handled by our shipping carriers, usually DHL, DPD, or Hermes, depending on the destination and package size. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number (tracking link) by email, if available.
Delivery Times
The delivery time consists of the processing time (1–3 business days) and the transport time of the shipping carrier. The following information is an estimate:
- Germany: approx. 2–4 business days after dispatch
- EU Countries: approx. 4–6 business days after dispatch
- International NON-EU: approx. 7–21 business days after dispatch
Please note that longer delivery times may occur on weekends, public holidays, or during periods of high parcel volume (e.g., at Christmas time).

The applicable shipping costs will be displayed in the checkout before you complete your order. Any existing free shipping thresholds (e.g., free shipping from a certain order value) will also be indicated there.
