Thank you for purchasing our jewelry.
These are exclusive fashion jewelry pieces and jewelry adorned with Swarovski or Preciosa crystal stones, designed by our own designers. All our products are handcrafted. The metal parts are finished with precious metals (gold, silver, rhodium, etc.) according to all ecological and health standards, assessed according to the European REACH standard . You can extend the lifespan of your purchased jewelry by preventing it from coming into contact with water, perfume, or hairspray. Additionally, the product can oxidize when exposed to human perspiration. We recommend removing your jewelry before going to bed. If you discover a defect in your purchased jewelry, please report it immediately.
Return
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery. You must inform us of this within this period. Returns or exchanges are only possible if the goods are unworn, in their original packaging, and show no visible signs of use. For faster processing, please complete the return form and include it with the goods. The consumer bears the return postage costs. We will refund the purchase price no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice, but may wait until the goods have been returned. Return address: Isoora

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange for a different item within 14 days of delivery. Return the unused and undamaged product in its original packaging, along with the completed form, to: isoora. The price difference between the original and the replacement product will be refunded or credited accordingly. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer . Please do not send the package cash on delivery .
The option of return and exchange is not available if the product has been manufactured according to customer specifications or measurements.
Warranty period and complaints
The warranty period is 24 months from receipt of the goods. This is not the same as the product's lifespan. The latter depends on the type of jewelry, its use, and care, and may be shorter. For jewelry worn daily, the lifespan can be significantly less than 24 months. The retailer may refuse to accept a warranty claim if the goods are contaminated or do not meet hygiene standards.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use (e.g. breakage, defects in the locking mechanism, stones falling out in extreme heat, frost or moisture) or normal wear and tear, such as the removal of electroplated layers.
Observe:
Oxidation of silver is not a manufacturing defect. The blackening of silver is a natural chemical reaction that is accelerated by environmental influences and chemical substances (e.g., cosmetics, medications, dust).
Return, exchange and complaint procedures
- Pack the jewelry carefully to prevent damage during transport.
- We accept no liability for damage or loss during delivery.
- Please enclose the cancellation form with your shipment. If you are unable to print it, please write the information on a piece of paper so that we can process your order.
- Send the goods by registered mail to: isoora .
- If possible, please ship via postal service, not via other carriers. Undelivered packages will be returned after the storage period has expired.
- Do not send cash on delivery shipments – these will be rejected.
- Upon receipt, we will inspect the goods. If everything is in order, we will refund the amount to the account specified on the form.
